Responsibilities:

To See attend patients at indoor.
Refer the serious and critical patients to Govt.
hospital if required.
Oversee welfare activities.
Supervise the works of compounder/ medical assistant, nurse and primary health workers.
Organize seminar on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
Implement and provide Primary Health Care services.
Recommend sick leave of the workers and staff according to company’s rules and regulations.
Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers and staff according to Labour Law.

Education Requirements:

MBBS from any reputed medical college and registered by BMDC.

Additional Qualification:

Female \Knowledge in handling general obstetrical and gynecological cases.
Knowledge in performing minor surgeries.
Knowledge in Industrial Health.
Reporting and communication skill.

Experience:

1+ Year
